The desinformation in the society is usual when we talk about the physical therapy treatments , just people of the health area have knowledge about for what the treatment are used. So with this investigation we propose to get statistics of the knowledge about the kinesic treatments, like heat, cold, electricity and water uses.
Methods:
In the study two hundred people of differents ages and economic class, were about their knowledge of kinesic treatments, essentially of this four treatments. People responded a record of ten questions, just with answers "yes" or "not", when the answer was yes, they had to support they answer with the information that they had in that moment.
Results:
The survey results show desinformation of people in general, the investigation didn't show a difference in the knowledge between differents economic classes, and either between differents ages. Just 30% of all the people surveyed answer correctly more than 3 question. Other 20% of people answer one question in the right form. So we have one hundred (50% of the surveyed) people don't know the uses of the kinesic treatments.

With the study we can conclude that the pyshical therapy treatments are unknown for most of the people, especially for the recently full incorporation of the kinesic treatments in the health area, product of the postergation compared with the tradicional medicine, other factor is the late creation of the physical therapist School, just fifty years ago. But the physical therapy is on rise by know.
